Ms. Shemega "Me-Me" Woodard is the mother of 3 handsome sons and one fur baby and the grandmother of one handsome, smart grandson.  She is a long time resident of Mobile, Al. and graduated from John S. Shaw High School class of 1994. 

Shemega is the founding member of Link Title LLC.  She has earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University and a Master's degree in Human Resource management from Kaplan University.  Shemega is a licensed Resident Title Insurance Agent and has over 9 years experience as notary loan signing agent specializing in real estate closings.  She has a passion for making sure clients have a full understanding of the real estate closing process and the importance of each closing document and their meanings.
